Probate Administration
What it is: Probate is the court-supervised process used to manage a person's estate if they didn't have a trust (or if some assets were left out). It can be a complex, public, and often stressful process for families to handle on their own.

My Role as Your Guide: If your family finds themselves needing to go through probate, they will not be alone. I will handle the court filings, legal notices, and all the complex requirements from start to finish.

I will work to make the process as efficient and stress-free as possible, providing a buffer between your family and the court system. My aim is to settle the estate and honor your loved one’s legacy with dignity and care.
Wills & Trusts
What they are: Your Will and Revocable Trust are the foundational legal tools we use to build your plan. Think of them as the blueprint for your legacy—the documents where you officially shape your narrative. This is where you name guardians for your minor children, specify how and when your assets are distributed, and protect your family from the stress of court and conflict.

My Role as Your Guide: Creating your plan is a deeply personal process. My role is to listen to your story, understand your unique family dynamics (including any cross-border or multilingual needs), and help you translate your intentions into a clear, comprehensive plan.

We will work together, step-by-step, to craft a plan that isn't just a set of legal documents, but a true act of care. Will and Trust packages also include a power of attorney and an advance healthcare directive.
Trust Administration
What it is: If you have been named the Successor Trustee for a loved one, you've been given a significant responsibility during an already difficult time. "Administering" the trust is the legal process of managing and protecting their assets, paying final bills, and distributing what's left to the beneficiaries, all according to the plan they created.

My Role as Your Guide: You do not have to navigate this alone. My role is to be your partner, guiding you with compassion and clarity through every step.
My goal is to lift the complex legal burden from your shoulders. I will handle the confusing paperwork, provide clear, plain-English explanations, and ensure all legal requirements are met correctly. This allows you to focus on honoring your loved one's legacy and taking care of your family.
